Welcome to School of Sensual Arts Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online courses, memberships, retreats, teacher trainings, and in-person events, as well as all products and services offered through www.schoolofsensualarts.co.uk (“Website”).
By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you (“the user”, “you”, “participant”, “student”, or “client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.
Please read them carefully before purchasing or participating in any of our offerings.
Refunds & Cancellations Summary
By purchasing from School of Sensual Arts Ltd, you acknowledge that:
All online courses, memberships, and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the course has begun.
In-person workshops (not retreats) may be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days before the event if hosted by School of Sensual Arts. If a teacher is collaborating with a studio, venue or retreats company, their terms and conditions will apply.
Retreat deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made less than 120 days before the event are not eligible for refund. If a teacher is collaborating with a studio, venue or retreats company, their terms and conditions will apply.
Teacher training deposits are non-refundable once accepted. Please see specific terms and conditions for teacher training
Membership fees are non-refundable, even if the content is unused.
Extensions for some online programs may be requested for £50 per 30 days of additional access.
Please purchase mindfully, as our offerings are experiential and time-based.
1. General Disclaimer
1.1. All practices, classes, workshops, retreats, and courses offered through the School of Sensual Arts—whether live, recorded, or in-person—are for educational and personal development purposes only.
1.2. We do not offer medical, therapeutic, or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Nothing provided through our content, events, or communications should be interpreted as medical or mental health advice.
1.3. By engaging with any content, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.
1.4. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise, wellness, or embodiment practice.
2. Online Offerings: Classes, Courses, and Recordings
2.1. Our online offerings may include live and pre-recorded, unsupervised classes.
2.2. By purchasing, you acknowledge that participation is entirely at your own risk.
2.3. You agree to monitor your own limits and are solely responsible for managing any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or other health considerations.
2.4. By participating, you release, waive, and discharge School of Sensual Arts Ltd, its teachers, facilitators, and associates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation.
2.5. All online course purchases are final. Refunds are not possible once the course is purchased, whether or not the user chooses to take the classes or not.
2.6. No refunds are issued for missed sessions, misunderstandings around time zones, or failure to access content. Please purchase mindfully.
2.7. Extension of access: Some courses may be extended for an additional 30 days for £50 upon request.
2.8. Content access is for personal use only and may not be shared, recorded, or redistributed.
3. In-Person Events, Workshops, and Circles
3.1. Attendance at in-person events, workshops, or circles is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
3.2. You are responsible for ensuring your own travel, accommodation, and health arrangements are suitable.
3.3. For workshops (not retreats), bookings can be exchanged for another event of the same value or refunded up to 30 days before the event. After this period, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
3.4. For retreats, please refer to section 4 below.
3.5. We reserve the right to modify schedules, teachers, or locations in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Retreats & Teacher Training Programs
4.1. Retreats and teacher trainings are immersive educational programs offered by School of Sensual Arts Ltd or its partners.
4.2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space.
4.3. If your application for a teacher training is not successful, your payment will be refunded minus a £25 administration fee.
4.4. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your place without refund.

5. Membership Access
5.1. Memberships provide online access to classes, workshops, and resources for the duration of your subscription.
5.2. Membership access begins upon purchase and renews automatically on a monthly basis for subscriptions or single purchase using 3,6,12 month payment.
5.3. You may cancel giving 7 days notice via by emailing community@schoolofsensualarts.co.uk — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
5.4. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
5.5. Content and schedules may change periodically. School of Sensual Arts Ltd reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove content at any time.
5.6. Access is for personal use only. Sharing login details or redistributing materials breaches these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5.7. If a membership is offered with community access (e.g., Telegram or WhatsApp group), all members agree to uphold respectful and non-discriminatory communication at all times.
5.8. Member agrees not to message the School of Sensual Arts team or teachers outside of the community group
6. Liability Waiver
6.1. You understand and agree that neither School of Sensual Arts Ltd nor any of its facilitators are liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.
6.2. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in our classes, programs, or events.
6.3. You agree not to bring any legal action against the School of Sensual Arts Ltd, its directors, teachers, or partners in connection with participation in our offerings.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All course materials, recordings, manuals, text, graphics, logos, images, and designs available on our Website are the intellectual property of School of Sensual Arts Ltd or its content creators.
7.2. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, modify, or resell any content, in whole or in part, without express written permission.
7.3. Materials are provided for your personal educational use only and may not be used for teaching or commercial purposes.
8. Conduct and Communication
8.1. To maintain a safe and supportive environment, participants agree:

To use designated Telegram/WhatsApp community groups for group queries, and email for private or administrative concerns.
To treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect and confidentiality.
8.2. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from a course, community, or event without refund.
9. Payment Terms
9.1. All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
9.2. Payment plans (where available) must be completed in full.
9.3. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or loss of access to the relevant course or membership.
9.4. Deposits are non-refundable except where explicitly stated otherwise.
9.5. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
10. Data & Privacy
10.1. By using our Website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10.2. Your data will never be sold or shared without consent.
10.3. We may contact you via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp for updates relevant to your participation.
11. Media Release
11.1. During live classes or in-person events, photographs or recordings may be taken for promotional purposes.
11.2. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials unless you notify us in writing before the event.
12. Changes to Offerings or Terms
12.1. We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify our offerings, pricing, and Terms at any time.
12.2. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting to the Website.
12.3. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
