Each preparation manual which you can download and keep forever where will share what to bring and how to set up your space, as a guide these are:

Safety is the foundation for our practices with lots of options available to take the session at your own pace. The sessions can be experienced with clothes on. Nudity is not mandatory but an invite for access to some areas of skin to receive the techniques is welcomed as the datenights develop from first to third. The beauty of the online experience is that you can pause and take your time as well as revisit datenights.

We operate a fair usage policy amongst all members. Once the event has been sent to you, as this is an online service, it cannot be refunded nor exchanged, this is regardless of if you choose to take the datenights or miss the timeframe for using them. We set the 3 month timeframe as we want to encourage you to use the datenights, rather than let then gather dust as something you’ll do later on. You could take the datenights over one day, 3 days, 3 weeks or 3 months! If you would like to spend longer or need longer with the sessions, you can extend access for £50 per 30 days.

The datenights have been developed by Henika, founder of the School of Sensual Arts who grew up in a family tradition of Tantra. She has taken several further trainings with masters around the world, from Osho, Mantak Chia and Non-dual lineages. She has studied therapeutic models to ensure safety is created in her sessions with a deep respect for the origins of tantra which she shares in each session. Each session is based on a verse from the ancient tantric text the Vigyan bhairav tantra.
