I tried to host a circle before I started training, but I lacked clear vision, confidence, and structure. The SOSA Circle Holder Facilitator Training gave me just that. It helped me to craft a clear and concise Call to communicate to my ideal client, which informed how I would teach each circle. The SENSFUL® framework that Henika created has helped me immensely in crafting the perfect circle plan, and instilling the confidence I needed to lead. The sessions were informative with plenty of practices that we could adapt in our own circles. Henika also touched on many situations that we might encounter in our circles, and offered practical solutions to everything. She is truly a master of her craft, and it's an honor to learn from her. All the training participants were so supportive of each other and their dreams. The community of Circle Holders this programme has created is something so special and supportive!

I have followed Henika for a while having watched her on a Louis Theroux documentary in 2021. But I only attended circles recently. My knowledge before the training was actually very limited. In the training I started off nervous. I was very wobbly on the camera and when asked to speak. But the sessions were personable, purposeful and I always felt like I’d learnt something. I felt seen by Henika and this felt important. I was grateful of the sessions being recorded also so that I could go back on and check what had been said or even catch up on a session when life took over. Now, at the end of the training, I’d say I am proud, I feel different in myself. I have a new passion that is building power within me. This training is more than just facilitating a new ‘offering’ in your résumé. It provides clarity, focus, thought. It provides connection. There is a space for everyone and it is about finding it or finding a space to facilitate it.

I felt the calling to hold space as circle facilitator after experiencing the connection and community in Henika's circles. Something awakened in me, for years I dreamed of holding space for others and even tried a few times but never found success with it. When Henika announced the circle facilitator training, my heart fluttered. I could feel the tugging of my soul. But my mind said, "no, not you. You haven't been diligent enough in your spiritual practice. How could you possibly do this?? Without community I felt lost. But I realized that I needed community and accountability. You can have all the tools but if you don't have community to anchor you, it doesn't count for much. I enjoyed the training sessions very much! There was a ton of information packed into each session! I always left session feeling full, ready to digest the new information! I was thrilled to hear we can access this life-long! I have been revisiting the work books and kajabi resources already!
