  • The sessions are informative and give you options of techniques. There will be no nudity filmed or screened. These are educational workshops. For techniques and rituals where skin contact is optimal, we will let you know and give you plenty of choices with how you would like to conduct the practice in your own time.

  • The recordings will be available for 6 months (180 days) with immediate access and an opportunity to extend for a further 30 days. Pace yourself and take one masterclass a month, a week or over 6 days if you please! We offer it this way because we want to empower you to actually take the sessions instead of book them and let them sit there gathering dust. We’ll send you little love letters every month to remind you of each session.

  • There are no refunds once the course has been booked, whether it has been used or not. Please purchase mindfully. If you would like to extend your time with the materials, this can be purchased for £50 for an additional month.

  • Founder of School of Sensual Arts, Henika will be guiding all of these sessions. Henika is trained in tantra, yoga, ayurveda, sacred sensuality, bodywork and embodiment practices as well as  trauma informed practices and prioritises creating  a space for you to learn from the comfort of home.
