Yoni is the sanskrit word for the v*lva and the entire inner and outer reproductive and pleasure anatomy. This summer, we invite you to discover deeper connection, intimacy and aliveness with the yoni through learning knowledge to dissolve shame inspired by ancient systems of tantra, taoism and bodywork along with practical exercises to expand your pleasure potential in this area/
These are the rituals that not only change life inside the bedroom where we’ll add more spice, but also outside of it where your confidence will flourish from the inside out. Each month, you’ll receive both the theory, anatomy and personal awareness combined with practical tips, recordings and exercises to apply into your spicy life.
Our approach is multilayered and holistic, meaning you get to explore and experience your sensual energy in the physical, emotional, energetic, mental and spiritual body. We’re interested in delivering information which lands and meets your unique body composition and where you are in life with space to ask questions in a private community.

The sessions are informative and give you options of techniques. There will be no nudity filmed or screened. These are educational workshops. For techniques where skin contact is optimal, we will let you know and give you plenty of choices.

The recordings will be available for 6 months (180 days) with immediate access and an opportunity to extend for a further 30 days. Pace yourself and take one masterclass a month, a week or over 6 days if you please!

Founder of School of Sensual Arts, Henika will be guiding all of these sessions. Henika is trained in tantra, sacred sensuality and embodiment practices as well as trauma informed practices and prioritises creating a space for you to learn from the comfort of home.
