Through visualisation, breathwork, shakti flow, journalling, connection rituals, devotion, sharing, meditation, and mantra, you’ll clear and integrate energetic residue from 2025 and open the pathways of Shakti — your innate power to create, magnetise, and manifest for the new year of 2026 ahead. Your Guide
HENIKA - Founder of the School of Sensual Arts and Author of SENSUAL, published by Penguin Books: Hay House. Henika’s book shares a whole chapter on manifestation which she’ll be sharing the practices from.
