Sensuality, pleasure and bliss is a holistic pursuit. This programme  empowers you with tools to access  these states through the exploration of 3 key frameworks from tantra philosophy. The bandhas (locks) , the gunas (qualities) and kundalini (energy). With a homage to their roots, we will explore their underpinning practices through weekly sessions, from yoga movement, bodywork, meditation and massage to sacred sound, breathwork and sensual self care practices.

Having a regular self love and care practice as well as community which lets you feel safe in your body to experience, express, connect and love from authenticity, will let you deepen exponentially in your sensuality, pleasure, creativity and aliveness. We pride ourselves on taking a holistic route to intimacy, acknowledging that accessing our bliss state is a full body experience.

This membership is for gathering motivation, tools and practices to love yourself, even on the days, weeks, months and seasons which tip you into stress, anxiety, fear, shame and away from your true sensual spirit. Each month, we will activate a new sister science, empowering you with a holistic approach to pleasure and health.

Our SOSA community is 5 years strong with members from around the world taking classes and integrating together each week, you are welcome from any gender, ethnicity, age or background - it’s a powerful space, we’d love to welcome you!

Unlock, Empower, Invoke Sensual Energy Programme

July – Unblock Sensual Energy with the Bandhas
Bandhas are inner locks or energetic seals in the body that help us channel and contain pranic energy. They are subtle yet powerful gateways to sensual awakening — especially when combined with breath, sound, and movement. This month we’ll explore mula bandha (root lock), uddiyana bandha (abdominal lock), and jalandhara bandha (throat lock) as practices to support the containment and flow of shakti. We’ll also explore their psychological impact — what does it mean to hold, to contain, to direct energy? — and their relationship to boundaries, safety and desire.

August – Invoke Sensual Energy with the Gunas
The gunas are the three fundamental qualities of nature — sattva (clarity), rajas (activation), and tamas (inertia) — that influence every thought, feeling, and sensual experience. This month we’ll explore how these gunas shape our inner and outer worlds, from our energy levels to our moods to our relationships. Through daily rituals, movement practices, and sensory explorations, you’ll learn to recognise when each guna is dominant, and how to gently rebalance your system to move towards more ease, harmony and pleasure. Rooted in the Sankhya philosophy that underpins both Tantra and Ayurveda.

September – Empower sensual energy with Kundalini
Kundalini is the coiled serpent energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine — and when awakened, it rises through the chakras, igniting transformation, awareness, and bliss. In Tantra, this is not just a mystical concept but a lived experience that unfolds with care, consistency and inner preparation. This month we’ll explore kundalini as a sensual, spiritual force — not something to chase, but something to invoke, meet and integrate. Practices will include chakra-focused meditations, breathwork, mantra and movement to help you safely and gradually expand your capacity to hold more energy, more sensation, and more of yourself.

Each week, you will explore 1 point along the pleasure pathways across 3 live/recorded embodied classes with 2 indian teachers from the tradition!

You can, but don’t need to attend all classes, use them as your medicine:
Shakti flow when you want to top up your sensuality, expression and creativity, Shiva wind down when you’re tired, stressed or anxious,
Take the Sensual Self Care when you’re running short on time and use the portal of Tantra Yoga Classes to learn more

You’ll also receive a monthly 2 hour Shakti Circle Ceremony with Henika to set embodied intentions and unravel the topic of sensuality each month!

At the beginning of the week, Henika invites you to connect to your inner sensuality, freedom and creativity. This practice is based in pelvic floor awareness and designed to cultivate sensual energy to move through blocks and charge your mind, body and soul with inspiration for the week ahead.

A regulated nervous system is the foundation for deeper pleasure. This is your midweek reset where you fill up your own cup with Resident teacher Manoj. The session invites you to sothe stress and tension held in the body through restorative and relaxing postures, live sacred music and mantra

Meet Your Teachers

We’ll be with you every step of the way, whether that’s catching up before class, supporting you with your physical practices and any adjustments you need for your personal journey, help with understanding why we do the practices and their technicalities or support in integrating what comes up for you each week through our community chat. We’ve got you and will motivate you to practice each week by encouraging checkins and integrations.

  • Founder + Teacher

    Indian by heart, Henika proudly shares her cultural and ancestral heritage, teaching with an integration of key yogic and tantric principles and philosophy.

    After experiencing grief and body numbness, she spent years living in Asia learning tools to awaken the body and mind from monks, esteemed guides and tantric practitioners.

    She creates carefully crafted sequences with deep chakra and pelvic floor awareness, providing personal choice and cyclical wisdom for classes with an intimate creative feel. With this she fosters the beautiful gift in each student of self love, acceptance and discovery.

  • Resident Teacher

    Manoj weaves together his training in Hatha, classical Kundalini and yin yoga with being an Ayurvedic therapist and gong practitioner. His exposure to yoga began by observing the commitment level his parents enjoyed to traditional Hatha yoga and pranayama. Manoj embarked on a healing journey to use yoga as a way to free himself from stress and depression, along with the residual effects of cancer. After many trips to India for exploration and study, he completed his training in the Himalayas.
