You Give So Much. Now It’s Time to Be Held.
In a world that never slows down, where rest feels like a luxury and burnout is worn like a badge — this is your invitation to pause.
If you’ve spent a high-output season of your creative work or daily life pouring from your cup, this space is here to fill you back up.
Whether you’re a hairstylist, artist, planner, florist, photographer, musician, coach, wedding planner, artist or creative visionary — this retreat is your permission to release the tension, reclaim your rhythm, and reconnect to the creative pulse within your body
🌿 Why this Retreat?
Creativity flows through the imagination — but it’s anchored in the body.
It awakens not through overthinking, but through presence, sensation, stillness… in the spaces between thoughts.
It lives in your nervous system, your senses, your breath, your inner world.
But when you’re constantly in go-mode…
When you’re always holding space for others…
Your system can’t access the full depth of clarity, joy, or creative energy you’re meant to feel.
This retreat offers you 3 days of being held, replenished and restored —so you can return lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to what truly matters
✨ The Deeper Benefits
Whether you’re a creative professional, creative entrepreneur, or someone who pours your energy into others — this retreat is for you.
Here’s what you’ll receive over 3 transformative days together:
1. A Nervous System Reset
Most burnout isn’t just physical — it’s nervous system depletion.
You’ll learn tools to move out of “fight or flight” and into calm, centered presence.
Leave with daily grounding rituals to keep your body and mind regulated all year long.
2. True Creative Restoration
Your best ideas don’t come from pushing — they come from presence.
Using embodied practices, you’ll return to a state of creative flow that feels intuitive and alive again.
Rediscover or connect deeper to the joy of creating without force.
3. Emotional Release & Replenishment
The body stores what the mind avoids.
Through breathwork, movement, and guided journeys, you’ll gently release what’s been held —
making space for peace, clarity, and new energy to move through you.
4. Creative Sustainability
This isn’t just about recovering from burnout — it’s about preventing it.
You’ll receive practical rituals and tools to stay energetically nourished, so the next season of your life or work doesn’t leave you depleted.
5. Connection with Like-Hearted Creatives
This is a space to be seen, heard, and supported by people who get it.
You’ll be held in community — one that reflects your heart back to you.
No comparison. No pressure. Just connection.
6. Clarity on What’s Next
When you finally slow down, your inner truth gets louder.
We’ll guide you in listening.
You’ll leave with renewed clarity on what your soul and/ or your business are calling you into next.
7. Rest That Changes You
Not just surface-level relaxation — but deep, somatic, cellular rest.
The kind of rest that reawakens your creativity, your joy, and your wholeness.
This is your time to let go, be nourished, and receive.
💖What You’ll Walk Away With
A body that feels lighter, softer, and more energised
Tools for emotional regulation you can use daily
A deeper connection to your creativity + purpose
A renewed sense of clarity, presence, and joy
A community of likeminded creatives
A sacred space that was just for YOU

✨ Arpita Karania
Breathwork Facilitator | Sound Healer | Cacao Guide | Transformational Coach
After 18 years as a recognised and established hair and makeup artist in the wedding industry, Arpita witnessed the toll that creative overdrive and constant output can take — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Her own healing path led her to breathwork, somatic work, Vedic astrology, and coaching — tools that helped her move through grief, regulate her nervous system, and reconnect with her inner wisdom.
Now, she supports creatives in returning to the heart and staying rooted in their expression, while building nervous system resilience. Drawing on both science and soul, her work bridges beauty, energetics, and healing in a grounded and intuitive way.
The Held Retreat is a deeply personal offering — born from witnessing so many in her industry experience energy depletion. It’s her way of giving back.
At the retreat, Arpita will guide sound healing and cacao ceremonies, and hold space throughout the journey for you to soften, reconnect, and begin again.

He brings a creative and contemplative lens to his work, shaped by years of personal practice and a deep connection to nature, rhythm, and ritual. Whether guiding in silence or through breath, Matthieu holds space with humility and care, allowing what needs to surface to do so gently and with respect.
At the Held Retreat, Matthieu will guide our breath journeys and support the rhythm of the retreat space — creating moments of pause, depth, and integration throughout the experience.

Tantra & Yoga Teacher | Founder of the School of Sensual Arts | Author
Henika is author of SENSUAL: connect deeply, express freely, love intimately and founder of the School of Sensual Arts, which invites you to uplift blocks to deeper sensuality, creativity and intimacy — so you can experience more connection, aliveness and joy in yourself, your relationships and your life.
She creates experiences, community and education rooted in authentic tantra and yoga philosophy, blended with art, embodiment and psychology — offering expression to the unspoken parts of ourselves that long to be known, heard and accepted.
