Hi, I’m Henika, let me show you how…

Circles were my first offer and allowed me to transition from my boring full time job into running the organisation of my dreams, meeting my soul clients and building my life of freedom along the way...

I’ve held Circles for THOUSANDS of people, travelled to host in the most beautiful countries, festivals and venues and built a worldwide community which featured on TV, Magazines, newspapers, radio and it was the Circle which even got me the opportunity to write a book ‘ SENSUAL’ with the best publisher in my industry. 

It’s been a journey, being hit by the scares of a global pandemic in the early stages of quitting my job, being unable to host in person, needing to learn how to use the technology to host online, calling in the right people and creating impactful sessions which build a community who keep returning...

So that you don’t need to spend the 7 years and thousands of hours I have, learning the ins and outs of circle holding - I want to give back now and let the power of holding Circles light you up and connect you to your soul-tribe!

Course Breakdown

Phase 1: weeks 1-4

We’ll begin with the first half of the SENSFUL method - SENS which includes frameworks for creating Safety, Evoking your magic, Noticing the energy of the group and Sublimating or alchemising it into realisation.

Phase 2: weeks 5-6

Now it’s time to put what you’ve learnt so far into practice, in week 5 you will plan your first half of your circle and in week 6 you will have an opportunity to practice it through with a small circle container from the training

Phase 3: weeks 7-10

Here you’ll learn the second half of the SENSFUL method, where you’ll learn to hold space for the Freedom to express, Understanding what has emerged from the Circle space and creating Love, connection. You will also learn the logistics and practical side of hosting online and in person such as what equipment/programmes to use, how to create the booking page, welcome emails + more

  • I felt the calling to hold space as circle facilitator after experiencing the connection and community in Henika's circles. ✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Earlybird offer ends February 16th 2025. The training begins on Sunday 23rd March 2025 and runs for 10 weeks, ending on Sunday 25th May 2025. There are 2 half-term integration weeks on 13th and 20th April where you will be invited to plan your session and practice with the training group.

  • Sessions will be LIVE on Sundays at 7pm Gmt (11am PST, 3pm EST). They will also be recorded.

    There will be a total of 8 sessions.

    The first and last session will be 2 hours long. The 6 sessions in between will be 90 minutes. Total of 13 hours training.

    Please note that the seasonal time change will move from GMT TO BST on the integration week Sunday 30th March

    All sessions will be LIVE and Recorded + uploaded onto a private Kajabi portal with Lifetime access

  • SENSFUL® is an acronym for a tried and tested 7 step method - as seen in bestselling book SENSUAL. It stands for safety, evoke, notice, sublimate, freedom to express, understanding and love and will form the basis of the course to help you design your own empowering circles.

  • Complete the 13 hour training, host your first circle and submit a final report to receive your Circle Holding Facilitator Training Certification

  • All classes will be hosted on zoom and uploaded onto the Kajabi portal which you will be granted access to. There will be a community group which you can join on Telegram.

  • If a payment plan is cancelled - midway through the course, access to the full course will be revoked. Refunds are not available once the course has begun due to the online nature. If you decide you do not want to participate before the course begins, a full refund (minus any booking fees) will be applied. You can cancel up to 7 days before the course start
